Our Connect to Work delivery partners in Norfolk

Connect to Work is delivered across Norfolk by five specialist local organisations, working together to provide practical, personalised employment support for residents and employers.

Each delivery partner brings deep experience in supporting people with health conditions, disabilities, neurodiversity and complex barriers into sustainable work. Their local knowledge means support can be shaped around the needs of Norfolk’s communities, employers and labour market.

This partnership approach helps ensure that people can access the right support, from the right organisation, at the right time. Whether someone is looking for work, returning after time away, managing a health condition, or needs help to stay in their current role, our delivery partners provide one-to-one guidance built around the individual.
